In July 2004, a company from Dallas, Tx came to Muskego, Wisconsin to create a new retirement community. Right after 2 years and millions of dollars invested, the project was ended; the project failed.

Tasks all over the world fail but do people ever look as to why? When I don’t know why all jobs fail, I do know why this kind of retirement community failed. There are five characteristics as to why this kind of project will not be constructed: Study, Planning, Training, Teamwork, along with Ego.

How many residents will be permitted, what kinds of services and facilities will be provided, and what price tend to be consumers willing to pay are just a few examples that need to be planned?
