Guests crawl down a spiral staircase in a thatched pavilion at the end of a jetty to enter the restaurant. They reach the house, which has a curved roof like a cave, from above.

• Please be sure to make a reservation in the restaurant. I was deciding whether I would have lunch and dinner, and dinner was the way to go, so we had the daylight for around 1 1⁄2 hours before it got dark. We’ve seen so many coral sharks, lively coral fish, and they’ve come so close to us. We were just so excited and took so many shots. It took us an hour to cool down. The 7-course dinner was not the 3 Michelin stars’ consistency, but the taste and presentation were outstanding. The ingredients were natural and of the finest quality. It was a kind of dining experience in life.
• It’s unmissable. Food is amazing, and it’s an adventure like none else, watching fish and sharks swim by while you eat a Michelin-style dinner.
• This restaurant is a perfect choice for family dining and excellent service at the restaurant.
